You have the right to delete your tMuch Ads account at any time.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION - EMAIL ONLY
Since in-app deletion is not currently available, you must request deletion via email.
Send an email to: support@tmuchplay.uk
CC: report@tmuchplay.uk and addeletion@tmuchplay.uk
Subject: DELETE MY ACCOUNT - [Your Registered Email]
You must send from the email linked to your account.

VERIFICATION
We will verify your identity within 72 hours. We may ask you to confirm an OTP sent to your registered phone/email.

TIMELINE
Day 0-2: Verification Phase - We verify ownership and pause all active campaigns.
Day 3-7: Grace Period - Your account is deactivated. You cannot login. You can email to cancel deletion.
Day 8-30: Permanent Deletion Phase - We permanently delete: Your profile information, authentication credentials, ad creatives, campaign drafts, billing profile (except invoices), and device association.

WHAT WE DO NOT IMMEDIATELY DELETE (Legal Retention)
To comply with the law and to prevent users who spam with illegal adverts from creating new accounts, we will retain the following in an anonymized or restricted archive for up to 5 years:
- Your device IDs and device fingerprints
- IP address history
- Hashed email/phone
- Records of Terms violations, spam reports, and illegal advert flags
- Transaction invoices and tax records (7 years as required by Zimbabwe law)
- Security and authentication logs
This retained data is NOT used for marketing.
