At tMuch Ads, we take your privacy and platform safety seriously.

1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide the Service and to keep the platform safe from abuse.
a) Authentication & Account Information: Name, business name, email, phone number, password (encrypted), profile photo, business registration documents, login/logout timestamps, OTP verification records.
b) Device Information: Device model, OS version, device ID (IDFA/GAID), IP address, browser type, mobile carrier, screen resolution, timezone, language, app version.
c) Usage & Ad Management Information: Adverts you create, budgets, targeting settings, campaign performance data, clicks, impressions.
d) Security & Anti-Abuse Information (To Track Illegal Advert Spammers): This is critical to our service integrity. We collect: IP addresses and IP history, device fingerprints, location data derived from IP, login attempt logs, pattern of ad submissions, flagged content reports, cookies and similar tracking IDs, and any information you provide that helps us link related accounts that spam with illegal adverts. This collection is necessary for our legitimate interest in fraud prevention, legal compliance, and public safety.

3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the ad management service
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To detect, prevent, and investigate spam, fraud, and illegal adverts
- To comply with legal obligations under Zimbabwe law and advertising regulations
- To communicate with you about your campaigns and policy violations
- To enforce our Terms and Conditions

4. Legal Basis (per Zimbabwe Data Protection Act)
We process data on the basis of: Contract necessity, Legitimate Interest (especially for security and anti-spam tracking), Legal Obligation, and Consent where required.

5. How We Share Information
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share only with:
- Ad platforms you connect (Meta, Google, etc.) to publish your ads
- Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, SMS gateways) under strict confidentiality
- Law enforcement or regulators if you are suspected of posting illegal adverts, as required by law.

6. Data Retention
We retain data while your account is active. Security logs related to spam/illegal adverts may be retained for up to 5 years after account closure for legal and security purposes, even after deletion request.

7. Your Rights

8. Security
We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not for children under 18.

10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside Zimbabwe. We ensure adequate safeguards.
