This page explains how to request deletion of your tMuch Play account and associated data at tmuchplay.uk.

How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest & Recommended)
1. Open tMuch Play app
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
3. Confirm with your password
4. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion immediately

Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to: support@tmuchplay.uk
CC: report@tmuchplay.uk
Subject: Delete My tMuch Play Account
You must send from the email linked to your account and include your username.

What Data Will Be Deleted?
Account - username, email, phone number, password, profile picture, date of birth
Content - music uploads, cover art, lyrics, playlists
Activity - listening history, search history, favorites, followers, comments
Payment information linked to your account

What Data May Be Retained?
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may retain minimal data for up to 90 days after deletion request for legal, tax, fraud prevention, and anti-abuse purposes. After this period, it is fully anonymized or deleted. Financial transaction records may be retained as required by Zimbabwean law.

Deletion Timeframe
All requests are processed within 7 business days for the account to be deactivated, and full deletion/anonymization from backups within 90 days. You will receive a confirmation email from support@tmuchplay.uk once completed.
