Name, email, phone number, username, password, profile picture, date of birth, payment information, music uploads, cover art, lyrics, and communications you send us.

Device type, OS, IP address, device ID, app usage, listening history, search history, play counts, crash logs, and approximate location data.
c) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, analyze usage, and serve ads.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To: provide and improve the Service, personalize recommendations, process payments and royalties, communicate with you, ensure safety and prevent fraud/fake streams, enforce our Terms, comply with law, and for marketing (you can opt-out).

We DO NOT sell your personal data. We share it only with: Service providers (hosting, payment processors, analytics), Other users (your public profile and uploads), Rights holders for royalty reporting if required, Law enforcement when required by law, and in case of a business transfer.
