You must send from the email linked to your account and include your ANDROID_ID and username.

For faster processing you can also email:

Timeline
Day 0-2: Verification - we verify device ID and email
Day 3-7: Deactivation - account deactivated, you can cancel by emailing
Day 8-30: Permanent deletion - profile, prompts, lyrics, cloud tracks, credits deleted
Confirmation sent from support@tmuchplay.uk

What is Retained?
Hashed email/phone, ANDROID_ID blocklist, device fingerprints, IP history, violation records for up to 5 years to prevent re-abuse, invoices for 7 years for tax.

Effect: Credits are non-refundable, download local tracks before requesting.
